This is a secure online portal through which information bordering on violation of financial regulations, mismanagement of public funds and assets, financial malpractice or fraud and theft that is deemed to be in the interest of the public can be disclosed.

Two ways to report an allegation:

Can CIAN help me with my concerns?
If you have an allegation that involves possible Fraud, Corruption, Budget Padding, Collusion, Oil Theft & Diversion, Money Laundry, Tax Evasion or Fraud, Cyber Crime, Public Fund Diversion, Electoral Fraud etc in any place across the country, CIAN may be able to help address your concerns.

How do I report?
The online Complaint Form is the best way to send a report to CIAN. When you click on the link to the Form, you will be taken to a secure and confidential environment. You will need to provide basic information regarding your allegation and a detailed summary of your concerns. There are “Guide Questions” available to help you fill out the Form. You also have the option to upload supporting documents after submitting the Form. The Complaint Application Form can also be used to provide information to CIAN, as appropriate.

Why should I report a concern?
CIAN investigations are primarily based upon the allegations that we receive, so it is extremely important that the people take the initiative to report suspected fraud or corruption or manipulation, because a people deserve the type of leadership they get.

When should I expect a response?
You will receive an automated response with a reference number when you submit a report to CIAN using the Complaint Form. If your report pertains to possible Fraud, Corruption, Budget Padding, Collusion, Oil Theft & Diversion, Money Laundry, Tax Evasion or Fraud, Cyber Crime, Public Fund Diversion, Electoral Fraud etc, someone from CIAN will contact you directly using the contact information that you have provided.

Can I remain anonymous?
Yes. CIAN will still review your complaint even if you wish to remain anonymous. However, you will still need to provide at least an email address for us to contact you for additional information or clarification.

Is my report confidential?
Yes. All information provided to CIAN is confidential. We will not disclose information that may reveal your identity without your consent unless CIAN is required by law to do so.
